We are a family business with two generations working within the company. John Snr established the business in 2012 after working 11 years for a National Hearing Aid Company and has been providing hearing care and hearing aids to residents in Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire since 2002. John Ross joined the company at the age of 28 to study to be an audiologist in 2017, qualifying as a Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist in 2019. He furthered his qualifications later in 2019 by becoming a Clinical Ear Specialist. This has enabled us to further help hearing health by providing ear wax removal. We think it is a testament to our quality of service and support we show our clients to be the reason many continue to be with us for many years.
We continue to grow and now provide hearing care further afield including Worcestershire and Cheshire, along with our original areas of Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire.
Although our clinic is based in Stafford Town Centre, we also see an increasing number of clients in their own homes using portable equipment. This means all the services we offer can be provided in any situation that the client is most comfortable with.
Our Services include free hearing tests, supply and fitting of hearing aids in Staffordshire, servicing and repair of all makes of hearing aids, regular free checkups, ear examinations and ear wax removal.
